Commute Modeller
Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Access
Commute Modeller is a gated application. Access is granted on an invitation or approval basis at the sole discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access for any account at any time and without notice.
2. Acceptable use
Commute Modeller is intended for personal and internal business commute planning. You agree not to:
- Attempt to scrape, automate, or abuse the route analysis endpoints.
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your approved account.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable New Zealand law.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls.
3. Usage quotas
To manage infrastructure costs, daily usage quotas apply at both a per-user and global level. Exceeding your daily quota will prevent further analysis until the quota resets at midnight NZ time. Some operator-managed accounts may be granted extended or unlimited usage rights. Quotas may be adjusted by the operator at any time.
4. Accuracy of results
Route duration, distance, and cost estimates provided by Commute Modeller are informational only. They are derived from third-party mapping APIs and may not reflect real-time conditions, timetable changes, or pricing updates. Results are not a substitute for official transit schedules, and the operator makes no guarantee of their accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Availability
Commute Modeller is provided as-is and without any warranty of uptime or availability. The operator may take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or any other reason without prior notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Commute Modeller.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
8. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of the page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
